Data Collection & Privacy
Last Updated: 2026.03.25
We are committed to minimizing data collection and protecting user privacy. Below is a clear overview of what we collect and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
We collect limited, non-sensitive data, including:
- User ID (for identification who is calling the API)
- Usage metadata (model used, timestamps, request counts)
Purpose
This data is used solely for:
- Aggregated analytics
- Usage statistics
- Service improvement
All analytics are aggregated and not used to identify individual users.
2. Sensitive Data
We collect certain limited sensitive data from requests for security and abuse prevention:
- IP address
- Partial prompt data (sampled)
Partial Prompt Collection
- We only collect a very small portion (~1%) of input prompts
- Only a short segment (e.g., first few characters) is recorded
Purpose
Sensitive data is used strictly for:
- Detecting abuse (e.g., multi-account usage)
- Preventing fraud and misuse
- Maintaining service security
3. Storage & Retention
- IP data is stored for security and abuse prevention
- Partial prompt samples are not permanently stored
- Sampled prompt data is retained temporarily and automatically deleted after a short period
We retain data only as long as necessary to protect the Service.
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
We explicitly do NOT collect or store:
- Full prompts
- API responses (model outputs)
5. Limitations & False Positives
Due to limited data collection and evolving detection systems:
- False positives (incorrect restrictions) may occur
If you believe an action was taken in error, please contact us.
6. Data Usage Restrictions
We do NOT use collected data for:
- Advertising or marketing
- User profiling or tracking beyond abuse prevention
We do NOT sell user data to third parties.
7. Your Rights
You have the right about your personal data, including:
- Access: Request a copy of all your data
- Deletion: Request us to delete all your data
To proceed, please contact us via the following email.
