This policy governs the use of Aqua API. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following rules.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use the Service to generate or distribute:

• NSFW / Adult content (including any sexual content involving minors)
• Violence / Gore or promotion of harm
• Hate speech / Harassment
• Illegal activities, including fraud, scams, or exploitation

2. Abuse & Misuse

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Rate Limit Abuse

• Bypassing rate limits or quotas
• Running fully automated 24/7 requests to exhaust resources

2.2 Multi-Account Abuse

• Using multiple or coordinated accounts to bypass limits

Accounts may be considered linked based on:

• IP or network patterns
• Usage behavior or automation
• Shared infrastructure

Ownership does not need to be the same.

2.3 Security Violations

• Attempting to exploit, scan, or reverse engineer the Service

2.4 Resource reallocation

• Reselling, redestributing our resources without authentication is not allowed, even it is free.

3. Fair Use

All usage is subject to fair use.

We reserve the right to:

• Rate limit or throttle usage
• Restrict abnormal or excessive activity

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Rate limiting
• Quota reduction
• Suspension or termination
• Blocking of linked accounts

Severe violations may result in immediate termination.

5. Monitoring

We use automated systems to detect abuse, including:

• Traffic and behavior analysis
• Content safety checks

• All activity using your API key
• Securing your credentials

7. Updates

May be updated at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
